I don't think you will be able to get a pug from a reputible breeder that will let you breed it. and most adoption places make you sign a contract i think. Just get a puppy! or if you just want to get money from selling them don't even try it doesnt work. also $100 is really cheap for a nice pug they usual run at about 600 or more
