We adopted a Treeing Walker Coonhound (looks like a Beagle, but taller, and less prone to baying/barking) from there. You can search tons of local agencies, all at once.

Our adopted dog cost us $275 - but that was what that particular shelter/organization charged. Others may be more of less. Also, he came fully vaccinated, with a complimentary vet exam, at the vet of our choice and ';chipped'; with an ID microchip.

You will NOT get a good Beagle, from a reputable breeder, for under $200.00. Only place you can get one for, at this price, is a rescue or shelter. Never Ever buy a pup online. I guess you haven't heard about the scam that's been around for years. You send money first, and are suppose to be shipped a pup. Pup never shows up and you are out your $$$.
HOW ABOUT ADOPTING A DOG !!!!!! there are TONS of homeless animals in Shelters that need a good home and a family to love them... don't buy from a breeder... ADOPT !!!!!!!!!! that's the 1st place you should go when you want a dog...





ADOPT... DON'T BUY FROM BREEDER....
You aren't going to be able to get a puppy for that price unless it's a mix or from a shelter.
